Astrology moves in mysterious ways! Let's examine the case of the so called "doppelgängers". Two people that look alike should typically have nearly identical "big threes" (possibly, the same Sun sign, Moon sign, and Ascendant's sign). Well, not exactly.
Above you may see the man who is the "father" of "Ferrari", the revered luxurious car (on the left) and the German-turkish football player Mesut Ozil (on the right). I think they qualify as genuine doppelgangers (although born almost a whole century apart).
Due to the fact that Ferrari and Ozil look alike, you might think that they have similar Sun signs, Moon signs etc. But surprisingly they don't! Ferrari was an Aquarius with a Capricorn Moon, while Ozil is a Libra with a Sagittarius Moon! We have to delve deeper in their charts to understand what's going on!
And here is the first clue: Ferrari's Ascendant is in the sign of Sagittarius! And as we explained above, Sagittarius is the Moon sign of Ozil! It start's making sense, isn't? But still there isn't enough astrological "commonality" between the two! Of course, we could say many more things if we knew Ozil's Ascending sign, but we don't know it, as his time of birth is unknown.
My initial premise was that "astrology moves in mysterious ways". Well, it is time to show you what I mean by that premise. Ozil's Sun is in Libra. As you know, the sign of Libra is ruled by the planet of "smoothness" and harmony Venus! Ferrari, of course, has his Sun in Aquarius. The impressive fact is, though, that his Sun is forming a PERFECT (partile, as it is called) Conjunction with planet Venus! Undoubtedly, a strong "commonality" exists between the Sun of one person in the Venusian sign of Libra and the Sun of another person forming a partile conjunction with Venus!
Would you like us to delve even deeper in the astrological "commonality" of these two persons? Enzo Ferrari has his Sun in the sign of Aquarius (which is ruled by planet Uranus) and his Moon in the sign of Capricon (which is ruled by the planet Saturn). The Saturnian and Uranian energies were ever present in Enzo's life, but somehow ever constrasting each other! On the other hand, Ozil has a perfect (partile) Saturn - Uranus Conjunction, which is producing a quite similar effect! Not to mention that Ozil's Sun is receiving a Sextile aspect by the aforementioned Saturn - Uranus duet - an aspect which further contributes to Ozil's "Saturno-Uranization" - as our Sun is our most "personal" planet!
Therefore, although Ferrari and Ozil differ significantly in terms of their basic (solar-lunar) signs, we see that they have many and strong partial similarities in their charts, similarities that create a strong energetic "convergence" between them - which is ultimately reflected in their morphology! I told you that astrology moves in mysterious ways. But not that mysterious, after all...
